1 The institution uploaded the new building safety certificate but College Khasra Numbers/plot numbers and other details are not mentioned in the uploaded building safety certificate No.3854 Dated 23.01.2026.
2 The uploaded geotagged photographs show that the size of Multipurpose hall is not as per NCTE norms and furniture is not adequate in the multi-purpose hall.
3 The bank statements uploaded by the institution reveal that college staff members are not being paid salaries in accordance with the UGC or Central/State Government pay scales. The institution has not been able to prove/confirm whether the institution is paying salaries to the teaching staff as per Central/State Govt norms.
4 The uploaded list of teaching staff duly countersigned by its affiliating body is not in the prescribed format of NCTE and not as per NCTE regulation 2014 and amendments time by time.

6 As per NCTE recognition letter No NRC/NCTE/APP-2016-15126/IDNO-8302 (Part-2) Meeting/2018190455 dated 13 March 2018,name of institution applied for transition is Late Kumari Laxmi Badhala Girls P G College Govindgarh and as per University of Rajasthan Jaipur letter No.Acad.II/2024/182 dated 2/10/2024 the name of Multidisciplinary college is Late Kumari Laxmi Badhala Girls College, then in the office order 07/11/2025 vide No.Acad. II/2025/13809 the university mentioned the multidisciplinary institution name is Late Kumari Laxmi Badhala Girls P G College. There is a mismatch in the name of colleges.
7 In the land details the institution has mentioned Khasra No. 1168/1773/2,2203/2193,1169. Institution has not uploaded the Mutation certificate of this Khasra number i.e. 1168/1773/2,2203/2193,1169.
8 The name of applicant institution Late Kumari Laxmi Badhala Girls P G College Govindgarh whereas name of Multidisciplinary institution Late Kumari Laxmi Badhala Girls College. Both names mismatch.
9 The website of institution “https://badhalapgcollege.co.in”has NOT been maintained and updated in violation of compliance to provisions under Clause 7(14)(i), 8(6), 8(14) and 10(3) of NCTE Regulations, 2014 as amended from time to time.
10 Mentioning Geographic Location Latitude 27.2385432 Longitude 75.6606234, checked on google map and found that institution name is NOT reflected.
11 The institution is required to upload valid supporting documents regarding the following questions or statements. The college must upload appropriate and valid evidence—including government-issued proof where necessary—in this regard.
12 The college conducts various academic programs, and its existing infrastructure is aligned with the programs currently in operation. Therefore, the college is required to provide clear information regarding the specific premises where the proposed program will be conducted. All distinct physical and curricular facilities for the proposed course have been established in accordance with NCTE norms. it is mandatory to submit an affidavit regarding this.
13 The uploaded Fire Safety Certificate is not proper, the institution is required to upload the fire safety certificate issued by Fire Safety Department, Government of Rajasthan verifiable on the official portal of the Fire Department, Government of Rajasthan at URL https://lsgonline.rajasthan.gov.in/track_application.aspx.
14 The institution has not uploaded the Not-for-Profit Certificate issued by government competent authority.
15 The uploaded geotagged photographs show that the reading room in the library does not have enough seating space for students as per NCTE norms. The institution has provided stools for the students in the reading room of the library. A stool is not a suitable tool for a reading room. Studying is not done sitting on a stool.
16 The college must provide information, supported by evidence, regarding the preparations made for the library in relation to the new course. Furthermore, details—accompanied by geo-tagged photographs—must be uploaded regarding the reading room facilities available for students of existing courses versus those for students of the newly introduced course, as well as the availability of books and educational periodicals relevant to the new course; these arrangements must comply with NCTE regulations. Information, including geo-tagged photographs, must be uploaded to verify whether the seating arrangements in the library's reading room for students of the new course and for students of other courses have been made in accordance with NCTE norms.
17 The institution has uploaded Building Plan approved by Sahayak Abhiyanta, PWD, Dist. Upkhand, Chomu, mentioning the name of institution LATE KUMARI LAXMI BADHALA GIRLS P.G.COLLEGE, AT NH. 52 GOVINDGARH TEH. - CHOMU DISTT. - JAIPUR (RAJASTHAN), Khasra/Plot/Survey No. (NOT Mentioned) and mentioning the total land area (NOT mentioned) and total built-up (First Floor2080.10 SQ. MT + Ground Floor 2197.86 SQ.MT. + Basement 2034.57 SQ. MT.) area earmarked for UG & PG course being run in the premises. The institution has not uploaded Building Plan approved by the Competent Authority of State Government mentioning the name of institution, Khasra/Plot/Survey No. and mentioning the total land area and total built-up areaearmarked for each course being run in the premises and the demarcated land area and built-up area for the teacher education programmes including multi-disciplinary programmes.
18 According to the land details specified in the affidavit, the 'built-up' area is 6,145.53 square meters. The institution conducts multidisciplinary courses on the same premises, such as B.A. (180x3=540), B.Sc. (120x3=360), M.Sc. (Chemistry, Zoology, Botany) (120x2=240), and M.A. (English, Geography, Political Science, Hindi, Sanskrit, History) (320x2=340). Along with these courses across various disciplines, the available land and 'built-up' area are insufficient—according to NCTE norms—for the B.A. B.Ed. (Secondary – 1 unit) and B.Sc. B.Ed. (Secondary – 1 unit) courses.
19 The college must upload details—accompanied by geo-tagged photos—of the classrooms available for ongoing courses as well as those reserved for new courses. This arrangement must comply with NCTE regulations.
